groups and workshops

I design and facilitate group experiences and workshops in variety of settings, exploring different themes such as creativity, relationships or mindfulness.

Please see below examples of work previously delivered. You are welcome to register for email updates on upcoming events/workshops by using the contact form below.

I have a special interest and experience of developing and delivering wellbeing programmes and projects for diverse adult audiences of cultural organisations such as museum, galleries, heritage sites, community and art venues. I can work in partnership with organisations wishing to innovate their approach to learning and engagement and include aspects of wellbeing in their programming. I also offer workshops on creativity as a therapeutic tool for any organisations working with or training psychotherapists and counsellors. If you are a company or an organisation that would like me to design a bespoke programme for your audiences, employees or service users, please get in touch.

Meet Your Creative Self

Series of experiential workshops aimed to facilitate personal and professional growth through creativity and play.

Each workshop focuses on a different creative form – image and imagination, storytelling, movement and bodywork to explore their potential for therapeutic work and personal enrichment.

The series promotes better connection between the right and left brain for a more holistic approach to working with the personal – not just through cognitive concepts and language-based reflections but tapping into and connecting with embodied feelings, and unconscious wisdom.

Participants are encouraged to move past their blocks to creativity to experiment, observe and connect. We work individually, in pairs and as a group. No need to have previous experience with art making. An open mind and curiosity are however essential. Workshops are suitable for trainee counsellors and psychotherapists and qualified practitioners wishing to access their creative potential and to enliven their practice. The group size depends on the venue space; approximately 8-16 participants. Content and timing can be adapted to suit the needs of any organisation considering this for their students, trainees or practitioners. Please reach out to enquire.

Mindfulness in nature

A chance to creatively explore what mindfulness is and how it could be applied in daily life. A mindful outdoor walk is followed by an indoor art-making session. This 2.5 hours long workshop enables you to get in touch with your inner self and reflect  on how you move through life.

Exploring conflicts through movement & art

Raising awareness of your habitual responses to conflict.

Conflicts are stressful! In stressful situations, rather than reach for creativity we often resort to embedded patterns that can increase feelings of stuckness and perpetuate the cycle of stress.

This workshop explores and plays with different creative perspectives on conflict. Gain insight into your habitual positions and experiment using art and movement to understand them.
Engage your body and mind through creativity to reveal new layers of awareness.
